An experienced Sourcing Manager is needed to lead strategic sourcing and supplier management across a large manufacturing environment in Chester, Virginia. You'll manage procurement activity across outsourced hard and soft facilities services, with responsibility for contracts, supplier performance, and cost savings.

This role combines strategic sourcing, commercial negotiation, spend analysis, and supplier management, with a focus on improving value and performance across the facilities supply chain.

The Role

As the Sourcing Manager, you'll:
  • Analyze facilities management spend, supplier operations, and scopes of work.
  • Develop strategic sourcing initiatives to deliver sustainable annual cost savings.
  • Lead supplier reviews, performance management, and continuous improvement activities.
  • Draft, negotiate, and manage contracts across hard and soft facilities services.
  • Review purchase order data and investigate discrepancies against contractual terms.
  • Use forecasts, market trends, and spend data to support sourcing decisions.
  • Produce reports and recommendations for key stakeholders across the account.
About You

To be successful as the Sourcing Manager, you'll have:
  • 3–5 years' relevant sourcing, procurement, or supplier management experience.
  • Strong commercial negotiation, contract management, and analytical capabilities.
  • Experience working with outsourced services or facilities management suppliers.
  • Strong numerical skills with the ability to analyze spend and supplier performance.
  • Excellent communication skills for complex stakeholder and supplier discussions.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and related applications.
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.
  • C.P.M., C.P.S.M., N.A.C.M. certification or eligibility would be advantageous.
  • Current US work authorization without present or future visa sponsorship requirements.
