Outside of work, Josh is passionate about rugby and fitness, and he takes the most pride in his role as a father.

With over four years of recruitment experience across the UK and US, Sam Busari specializes in roles within facilities management, maintenance and property management. His expertise spans a variety of positions, including HVAC technicians, stationary engineers, chief engineers, property managers, technical managers and coordinators. Having worked in both blue and white-collar recruitment, Sam is well-versed in managing client and candidate relationships to ensure the best matches in these specialized fields.
Before joining Boden Talent, Sam gained valuable experience in IT recruitment and later focused on FM, maintenance and construction in the UK before transitioning to the US market. His deep industry knowledge and hands-on experience have been essential in providing clients with exceptional service and top-tier talent.
Outside of work, Sam is passionate about soccer, music and gaming. Sam is creative in nature, which helps fuel his innovative approach to recruitment.
