Join a commercial facilities environment as a HVAC Technician in a permanent, second-shift role maintaining mechanical and electrical HVAC equipment. You will complete performance testing, scheduled maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs.

The Role

As the HVAC Technician, you'll:
  • Maintain mechanical and electrical equipment supporting commercial HVAC systems.
  • Conduct proactive performance testing and scheduled preventive maintenance.
  • Install, repair, adjust and maintain electric or pneumatic building controls.
  • Service heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration equipment.
  • Troubleshoot equipment failures and determine appropriate modifications.
  • Follow applicable codes, safety requirements and defined work procedures.
About You

To be successful as the HVAC Technician, you'll have:
  • A high school diploma, GED or trade school diploma.
  • One to two years of job-related experience.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • Ability to climb ladders and lift or carry at least 50 pounds.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Clear communication, strong organization and an inquisitive mindset.
