An Energy & LEED Analyst is needed to support energy and sustainability initiatives across a large client account in Chester, Virginia. You'll analyze utility performance, identify cost-saving opportunities, support energy projects, and provide reporting that helps improve operational efficiency.

This role suits an analytical professional with experience in energy management, utility data, or sustainability who can turn complex information into practical recommendations.

The Role

As the Energy & LEED Analyst, you'll:

Analyze utility consumption, costs, and trends to identify savings opportunities.
Support energy budgets, procurement activities, and energy-related projects.
Prepare monthly energy reports, variance analysis, and service status updates.
Monitor utility usage, billing gaps, and expenditure across the account.
Review utility data and maintain accurate energy and contract information.
Develop site energy profiles and support energy surveys and inspections.
Help develop energy plans and identify opportunities to improve operational performance.

About You

To be successful as the Energy & LEED Analyst, you'll have:

2–5 years' relevant experience in energy, utilities, sustainability, or a related field.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret utility and financial data.
Advanced mathematical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and related applications.
A bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.
LEED certification would be advantageous.
Current US work authorization without present or future visa sponsorship requirements.
