• Manage small facility projects from planning through completion in an active hospital.
• Support maintenance, repair, and operational programs across the healthcare campus.
• Oversee vendors, contractors, and outsourced facility services against agreed requirements.
• Support procurement, service agreements, and contract administration for facility services.
• Maintain facility records and support regulatory and operational compliance requirements.
• Respond to facility issues and support emergency situations when required.
• Identify operational improvements and implement solutions with key stakeholders.

• 5+ years' facilities, property, project management, or healthcare facilities experience.
• Experience managing facility projects, vendors, contractors, and service providers.
• Strong knowledge of building operations, maintenance programs, and facility services.
• Strong financial and analytical skills, including budgeting and reporting.
• Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and other Office applications.
• A bachelor's degree is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• $80,000-$90,000 per year.
• Permanent, on-site position within a major healthcare environment.
• Exposure to a significant hospital campus expansion programme.
• Varied responsibility across project delivery and day-to-day facilities operations.
