Are you an experienced HVAC Technician looking for a stable Monday–Friday opportunity? We’re hiring a HVAC Technician in Midlothian, Virginia to support the maintenance and operation of HVAC systems within a critical medical facility.

This is a hands-on position focused on preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and ensuring essential building systems continue to operate safely and reliably.

The Role
 
As the HVAC Technician, you will:
  • Maintain, service, and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems.
  • Complete scheduled preventive maintenance and performance checks.
  • Troubleshoot HVAC equipment failures and identify appropriate repairs.
  • Maintain electric and pneumatic building control systems.
  • Ensure work complies with relevant safety regulations and procedures.
  • Assist electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance teams when required.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation.
About You
 
To be successful as the HVAC Technician, you’ll have:
  • 1–2+ years of relevant HVAC or building maintenance experience.
  • High School Diploma, GED, trade school qualification, or equivalent experience.
  • Practical knowledge of commercial heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • A valid driver’s license.
  • Good communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within a critical facility environment.
  • Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
