The Role
As the Landscaper, you'll:
- Mow grass, trim bushes and complete landscaping work within project deadlines.
- Maintain the condition and appearance of grounds, plants and foliage.
- Coordinate landscaping vendors and maintain productive vendor relationships.
- Complete daily maintenance across the site and parking garage.
- Assist the supervisor with regular site inspections.
- Report landscape damage and help protect the property from loss.
To be successful as the Landscaper, you'll have:
- A high school diploma or GED.
- Up to two years of job-related experience.
- The ability to follow established work routines, standards and procedures.
- Clear communication skills for exchanging straightforward information.
- Strong organizational skills and an inquisitive mindset.
- Current US work authorization without present or future visa sponsorship.
- $41,000-$42,700 annual salary, dependent on skills, qualifications and experience.
- Permanent employment.
- Richmond, VA location.
