• Lead capital projects and MAC programs across a major North American account. 
• Take ownership of project P&L, budgets, forecasting, revenue and profitability. 
• Build, lead and develop project management teams across the portfolio. 
• Oversee the full project lifecycle, from estimating and tendering through to commissioning and closeout. 
• Develop senior client relationships and identify opportunities to expand project services. 
• Manage subcontractors, procurement strategies and resource allocation to support commercial performance. 
• Establish consistent project governance, reporting, safety and risk management standards. 

• 10+ years of progressive project management experience, including senior leadership responsibilities.
• Proven experience delivering capital projects valued at $20M or more. 
• A strong background in construction, engineering, facilities management or commercial real estate. 
• Demonstrable experience managing project P&L, budgets, commercial contracts and profitability. 
• Experience building and leading project management teams across complex portfolios.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, project governance, health and safety, and commercial risk. 
• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation and communication skills. 
• A relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience. 
• Banking, corporate real estate or commercial office portfolio experience would be advantageous. 

• $190,000–$200,000 annual salary.
