A rapidly growing facilities management and maintenance services organization is seeking an experienced Operations Director to lead its nationally distributed operations function.
Reporting to the executive leadership team, you'll shape operational strategy, develop remote teams and drive service excellence across a multi-site client portfolio.
The Role
As the Operations Director, you'll:
- Lead facilities management service delivery across a national, multi-site client portfolio.
- Develop scalable operational strategies and drive continuous service improvements.
- Lead and develop remote teams operating across multiple US markets.
- Oversee planned and reactive maintenance, work orders, compliance and service quality.
- Manage contractor performance, supplier standards and the national vendor network.
- Monitor budgets, KPIs and SLAs while improving productivity, margins and customer satisfaction.
To be successful as the Operations Director, you'll have:
- At least eight years of facilities management sector experience.
- Proven leadership in facility services, technical services, maintenance management or IFM.
- Experience leading national or regional multi-site facilities operations.
- Demonstrated success managing remote, geographically dispersed teams.
- Strong contractor, supplier and vendor management experience.
- Experience delivering contracted services against KPIs and SLAs.
- $100,000-$200,000 annual salary.
- Permanent senior leadership position.
