A leading facilities management provider is looking for an experienced Plumber to deliver preventive maintenance, repairs, testing, and installations at a facility in Omaha, NE.
You'll work across plumbing, mechanical, and distribution systems, maintaining safe and reliable operations while responding to planned and emergency maintenance requirements.
The Role
As the Plumber, you'll:
- Repair, install, test, and troubleshoot water and medical gas systems.
- Install piping, water systems, and fixtures to specifications and applicable codes.
- Maintain waste and vent lines using appropriate plumbing equipment.
- Complete plumbing safety inspections, including checks on backflow prevention devices.
- Support general building maintenance, projects, and equipment installations when required.
- Respond to emergencies and maintain compliance with health and safety procedures.
To be successful as the Plumber, you'll have:
- Four to five years of relevant plumbing or facility maintenance experience.
- Essential: Journeyman-level plumbing certification.
- Essential: Valid driver's license.
- Medical Gas and Backflow certifications would be preferred.
- Previous shift management or supervisory experience would be advantageous.
- Essential: Current US work authorization without current or future visa sponsorship.
