A leading engineering and technical services provider is looking for two HVAC Technicians to support commercial facilities in Omaha, NE.
You'll perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting across HVAC, refrigeration, and associated control systems, ensuring equipment operates safely and reliably.
The Role
As the HVAC Technician, you'll:
- Maintain, repair, and adjust commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems.
- Service electric and pneumatic building control systems and equipment.
- Complete scheduled preventive maintenance to maintain reliable equipment operation.
- Troubleshoot equipment failures and recommend appropriate repairs or modifications.
- Ensure HVAC equipment complies with applicable codes and safety requirements.
- Complete assigned maintenance activities following established procedures and processes.
To be successful as the HVAC Technician, you'll have:
- High school diploma, GED, trade school diploma, or equivalent experience.
- One to two years of relevant HVAC or building systems experience.
- Essential: Valid driver's license.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and meet the role's physical requirements.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and related applications.
- Essential: Current US work authorization without current or future visa sponsorship.
- $69,680–$70,720 annual salary.
- Permanent HVAC opportunity in Omaha, Nebraska.
- Hands-on experience across commercial HVAC, refrigeration, and control systems.
- Preventive maintenance and troubleshooting responsibilities across commercial facilities.
