Electrician

A leading facilities management provider is looking for an experienced Electrician to inspect, maintain, repair, and install electrical equipment and systems at a commercial facility in Omaha, NE.

This role combines preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and new installations, with a strong focus on electrical safety, reliability, and high-quality service delivery.

The Role

As the Electrician, you'll:

Maintain, repair, and install electrical and lighting systems and equipment.
Inspect and replace wiring, motors, controls, switches, and electrical components.
Ensure electrical equipment is maintained and operated safely and reliably.
Develop proactive inspection and preventive maintenance schedules using historical records.
Troubleshoot electrical faults and resolve routine technical problems effectively.
Provide efficient, reliable service while meeting maintenance objectives and deadlines.

About You

To be successful as the Electrician, you'll have:

High school diploma, GED, trade school diploma, or equivalent experience.
Three to four years of relevant electrical maintenance experience.
Essential: Master Electrician license as required by local electrical codes.
Essential: Valid driver's license.
Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and meet the role's physical requirements.
Essential: Current US work authorization without current or future visa sponsorship.

Completion of a formal electrical apprenticeship program would be preferred.
