Technical Services Program Manager

California Permanent USD200K - USD250K / Year

The Technical Services Program Manager in the San Francisco Bay Area, CA, will oversee maintenance programs across a large-scale facilities environment, including HVAC, electrical systems, generators, UPS and elevators. You'll work with technical leads to improve service standards and develop training for more than 100 team members.

The Role

As the Technical Services Program Manager, you'll:

Develop and oversee technical maintenance programs across mechanical and electrical building systems.
Create SOPs, technical documentation and quality processes to support consistent, compliant service.
Design and deliver training for technical and non-technical team members.
Monitor KPIs and operational performance to identify improvements.
Work with technical leads and stakeholders to standardize processes and meet client expectations.
Support budget forecasting, cost control and reporting across technical services.

About You

To be successful as the Technical Services Program Manager, you'll have:

At least five years' experience in technical program management, facilities management, engineering maintenance or technical operations.
Knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, generators, UPS and elevators.
Experience developing maintenance programs, SOPs and quality assurance processes.
Training and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience with KPIs, performance reporting and continuous improvement.
Understanding of operational budgets, financial forecasting and OPEX/CAPEX planning.
Preferred: a relevant bachelor's degree; equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
