Senior Occupancy Planner

The Senior Occupancy Planner in New York, NY will shape occupancy strategy and space use across a corporate real estate portfolio. Reporting to the Americas Occupancy Planning Lead, you'll work with senior stakeholders and lead a team through planning and workplace transitions.
The Role
As the Senior Occupancy Planner, you'll:
- Develop occupancy plans aligned with business needs and headcount forecasts.
- Analyze space utilization and portfolio data to recommend improvements.
- Produce block and stack layouts, seating plans, and migration schedules.
- Present occupancy recommendations to senior stakeholders and partner with real estate and facilities teams.
- Coordinate workplace moves and support change communications to minimize disruption.
- Lead and develop occupancy planning and space management teams.
To be successful as the Senior Occupancy Planner, you'll have:
- Essential: 5–7 years of progressive experience in occupancy planning, space management, workplace strategy, or change management.
- Essential: At least three years of direct supervisory experience in a relevant team.
- Experience developing occupancy plans, block and stack layouts, migration schedules, and headcount forecasts.
- Advanced analytical skills and proficiency in Google Sheets and Google Slides.
- Experience with CAFM systems and AutoCAD, plus knowledge of architectural drawings and furniture systems.
- Experience managing workplace transitions and communicating with senior stakeholders.
- $110,000–$150,000 per year.
- Permanent, full-time position.
- On-site role in New York, NY.
