An Americas Technical Services & Project Management Director is required in New York City, NY, to lead engineering operations, technical services and major capital projects across an enterprise facilities portfolio spanning the United States, Canada and Latin America.

This senior leadership position combines regional technical strategy, multi-million-dollar project oversight and responsibility for mission-critical facilities. You'll lead geographically dispersed teams, influence infrastructure investment and work directly with executive stakeholders to improve operational performance.

The Role

As the Americas Technical Services & Project Management Director, you'll:

• Develop and lead regional engineering and technical services strategies across the Americas.
• Oversee major capital projects, infrastructure upgrades and complex technical programs.
• Provide technical leadership across MEP, building automation, fire and life safety, and critical infrastructure.
• Manage operational budgets, capital expenditure, P&L and contractual performance against KPIs and SLAs.
• Improve asset performance through CMMS, predictive maintenance, automation and data analytics.
• Establish project governance, risk management, regulatory compliance and HSSE standards across multiple countries.
• Lead and develop regional engineering, technical services and project management teams.
• Advise executive stakeholders on infrastructure investment, technical strategy and operational improvement.

About You

To be successful as the Americas Technical Services & Project Management Director, you'll have:

• At least 15 years of progressive experience in facilities management, engineering operations or technical services.
• A minimum of seven years in senior leadership, managing complex regional or international operations.
• Proven experience overseeing large engineering portfolios, multi-million-dollar capital projects and strategic programs.
• Strong technical knowledge of MEP systems, building automation, critical infrastructure and integrated facilities management.
• Experience managing significant budgets, capital expenditure and P&L responsibilities.
• Expertise in CMMS, asset lifecycle management, maintenance optimization and operational governance.
• Experience leading geographically dispersed teams and engaging executive-level stakeholders.
• A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management or a related technical discipline.
• Experience within data centers, laboratories, healthcare, manufacturing or other technically complex environments.
• A master's degree or certifications such as PMP, FMP, CFM, CPE or OSHA would be advantageous.
