Maintenance Technician


A Maintenance Technician is required to support the day-to-day operation of building systems and equipment in Omaha, Nebraska.

You'll carry out preventive maintenance, inspections, fault diagnosis, and repairs across mechanical, electrical, and other building systems.


The Role

 
As the Maintenance Technician, you'll:
  • Perform preventive maintenance and repairs across mechanical and electrical building systems.
  • Complete routine inspections, diagnose faults, and carry out necessary repairs.
  • Assist with the installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
  • Manage assigned work orders and accurately track completion.
  • Help maintain efficient operation of building systems and equipment.
  • Inspect installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
About You
 
To be successful as the Maintenance Technician, you'll have:
  • A high school diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1–2 years' relevant experience.
  • Practical experience maintaining or repairing building systems and equipment.
  • The ability to follow established maintenance procedures and work routines.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • The ability to climb stairs and ladders and lift or carry 50 lbs. or more.
  • Current US work authorization without present or future visa sponsorship requirements.
