• Operate, maintain and troubleshoot critical commercial HVAC and building systems.
• Lead preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance across mechanical equipment.
• Diagnose complex HVAC, electrical, refrigeration and controls-related faults.
• Monitor BAS/BMS platforms to optimize comfort, reliability and energy performance.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to engineers and maintenance technicians.
• Coordinate contractors, vendors, property teams and tenants during maintenance activities.
• Support capital projects, equipment replacements, renovations and system upgrades.
• Identify opportunities to improve reliability, operating costs and equipment life.

• A high school diploma or equivalent and a DC 3rd license.
• 10+ years of progressively responsible commercial HVAC maintenance experience.
• Experience within commercial buildings, office towers or other large-scale facilities.
• Strong knowledge of chillers, boilers, cooling towers, pumps, AHUs, RTUs and VAV systems.
• Experience with VRF, BAS, DDC and commercial HVAC control systems.
• Advanced electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and diagnostic capabilities.
• Ability to interpret mechanical drawings, wiring diagrams and control sequences.
• Experience mentoring or providing technical guidance to engineering personnel would be preferred.

• $140,000–$175,000 annual salary.
