Sourcing Manager

A Sourcing Manager is needed to lead strategic sourcing, supplier management, and contract negotiations across a facilities services portfolio in Los Angeles. You'll focus on improving supplier performance, identifying cost savings, and developing sourcing strategies that support operational and commercial objectives.

This role is well suited to a procurement professional with experience across facilities management, outsourced services, or indirect procurement categories.

The Role
 
As the Sourcing Manager, you'll:
  • Analyze facilities spend, supplier performance, operations, and scopes of work.
  • Develop sourcing strategies that deliver sustainable savings and commercial value.
  • Lead RFPs, RFQs, supplier selection, negotiations, and contract implementation.
  • Manage supplier relationships, performance reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Draft, negotiate, review, and manage hard and soft facilities service contracts.
  • Monitor purchase orders and supplier activity against contractual and procurement requirements.
  • Maintain contract documentation and track renewals, extensions, and expirations.
  • Use spend data, forecasts, and market trends to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Partner with operational stakeholders to improve service delivery and financial performance.
About You
 
To be successful as the Sourcing Manager, you'll have:
  • 3–5 years' experience in sourcing, procurement, supply chain, or vendor management.
  • Strong experience negotiating contracts and managing supplier relationships.
  • Strong commercial and analytical skills with experience evaluating spend data.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience is preferred.
  • Facilities management, outsourced services, or indirect procurement experience is advantageous.
  • CPSM, CPM, NACM, or similar procurement certification would be advantageous.
  • The ability to travel as required.
  • Current US work authorization without present or future visa sponsorship requirements.
