The Role

  • Manage leasing activities, ensuring compliance with exceptional living standards.
  • Oversee financial operations, including rent collection and vendor coordination, to maintain strong financial performance.
  • Conduct performance reviews and mentor team members to foster a high-performance culture.
  • Collaborate with Facilities Management to resolve resident issues effectively.
 


You
 
  • To be successful in the role of Assistant Operations Manager, you’ll bring: A minimum of 2 years’ experience in property management or a related field.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a focus on customer service.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • A valid state-issued Driver's License and a safe driving record.
