The Role
 
As the Regional Facilities Director, you’ll:

  • Lead and develop a skilled team aligned with company service standards.
  • Review operational policies and implement improvements to enhance business functions.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to analyze financial and operational data for quality service.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance and satisfaction within the communities

You
 
To be successful in the role of Regional Facilities Director, you’ll bring:
  • 5 years of supervisory experience in facilities management.
  • Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
  • Ability to manage contracts and understand budget processes.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.
