The Role
As the Facilities Management Director, you’ll:
• Lead plant operations and maintenance across the hospital campus.
• Coordinate and communicate with hospital staff on policies and programs.
• Supervise departmental budgets and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Manage construction projects and liaise with contractors and suppliers.
• Evaluate and improve existing programs to enhance service delivery.
You
To be successful in the role of Facilities Management Director, you’ll bring:
• A bachelor’s degree, preferably in engineering or facilities management.
• At least 5 years of director-level experience in a healthcare setting.
• Proficiency in CMMS systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare building systems and relevant regulations.
• Certification as a Healthcare Facility Manager (CHFM) is preferred.
