Are you an experienced Asset Manager with a strong understanding of MEP engineering and facilities operations?
Boden Talent is partnering with a global leader in commercial real estate and integrated facilities services to recruit a
Regional Asset Manager supporting a major global account.
This role will take ownership of the governance, accuracy and continuous improvement of MEP asset information across a complex multi-site portfolio.
The Role As the Regional Asset Manager, you’ll:
- Own and maintain the regional MEP asset register, ensuring data is accurate and consistent.
- Establish strong asset governance across CMMS, CDE and associated systems.
- Conduct asset maturity assessments and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Work with engineering teams to improve asset condition, maintenance and lifecycle data.
- Support capital and lifecycle planning using asset age, condition, criticality and maintenance history.
- Identify high-risk and end-of-life assets requiring future investment.
- Support CMMS implementation, migration and continuous improvement programmes.
- Develop asset reporting and dashboards using tools such as Power BI.
- Govern asset data handovers following projects, replacements and site changes.
- Act as a regional subject matter expert for engineering asset management.
You To be successful, you’ll bring:
- 5+ years’ experience within FM engineering, technical operations or asset management.
- Strong knowledge of MEP assets, lifecycle management and maintenance strategies.
- Experience managing asset information across multi-site or regional portfolios.
- Hands-on experience with Maximo or another CMMS platform.
- Understanding of CDE, BIM and technical document management.
- Experience improving asset data quality and governance.
- Knowledge of capital planning and asset condition assessments.
- Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
- Power BI experience would be highly desirable.
- Experience within financial services, critical environments or complex corporate portfolios would be advantageous.
A degree in Engineering, Facilities Management or Asset Management is preferred, with
IAM, CIBSE, IET or IMechE qualifications or membership also beneficial.
