A leading global organization is seeking a
Senior Workplace Experience Manager / IFM Site Lead to oversee the delivery of integrated facilities and workplace services across a high-profile New York City location in boston.
This is a senior, client-facing position with responsibility for the day-to-day workplace operation, team leadership, vendor performance, financial management, and overall employee experience.
The Role As the
Senior Workplace Experience Manager / IFM Site Lead, you’ll:
- Take ownership of day-to-day facilities and workplace operations, ensuring a consistently high level of service.
- Lead, coach, and develop the on-site facilities and workplace team.
- Manage workplace services including meetings, events, employee experience, and general office operations.
- Act as a senior point of contact for the client, building strong relationships with key stakeholders and leadership.
- Manage third-party vendors and contractors, monitoring service quality, performance, and compliance.
- Oversee budgets, purchasing, operational expenses, and financial reporting.
- Partner with internal teams and service providers to resolve operational issues quickly and effectively.
- Ensure health, safety, security, and workplace compliance requirements are maintained.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost efficiencies, and enhanced service delivery.
- Support business continuity and emergency response planning.
- Use employee and stakeholder feedback to continuously improve the workplace experience.
You To be successful, you’ll bring:
- Strong experience within Facilities Management, Integrated Facilities Management (IFM), Workplace Experience, or Corporate Real Estate.
- Previous experience leading and developing facilities or workplace teams.
- Strong client relationship and senior stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing vendors, contractors, and outsourced service partners.
- Financial awareness with experience managing budgets and operational spending.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach and the confidence to make decisions independently.
- Experience within a large corporate or professional workplace environment is highly desirable.
