The Role
As the Process Technician, you’ll:

• Ensure prompt, flexible support for lab equipment, maintaining compliance with all standards.
• Perform maintenance and troubleshooting on essential lab equipment like Tunnel Washers and Autoclaves.
• Act as a primary point of contact for lab service requests, facilitating smooth operations.
• Track and report on equipment performance using KPIs to drive improvements.
• Manage documentation and maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities.

 


You
 To be successful in the role of Process Technician, you’ll bring:

• Some experience in a regulated environment such as pharmaceutical R&D.
• Good communication skills and an organized approach to your work.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools like Word and Excel.
• A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
