The Role

• Assign work orders, estimate materials/time, and maintain an adequate inventory of tools and supplies.
• Perform maintenance and repairs on advanced systems including mechanical, plumbing, structural, fire/life safety, and controls.
• Ensure compliance with all codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Develop and oversee energy management programs to ensure maximum efficiency.
• Inspect and oversee contractor work, ensuring quality and compliance

You

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma plus 5–8 years of relevant experience.
• Universal CFC certification (required).
• Familiarity with NEC 500 Hazardous Area Classification.
• Advanced problem-solving, organizational, and technical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
