You
To be successful in the role of Maintenance Technician, you’ll bring: - A high school diploma or GED and 4-6 years of maintenance experience.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with residents.
- Advanced knowledge in disciplines such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or carpentry.
- Solid troubleshooting skills and the ability to work with limited supervision.
