The Role As the Residential Maintenance Technician, your role will include:

- Participating in a rotating on-call schedule for continuous maintenance coverage.
You To be successful in the role of Residential Maintenance Technician, you'll have the following skills and experience:
- High school diploma or GED; 7 years of maintenance experience or 4 years with EPA 608 Universal certification.
- Approved certification in HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, or Carpentry.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to diagnose and repair a variety of maintenance issues.
- Time management and leadership abilities to guide junior technicians.
