We’re beyond excited to welcome the newest addition to the Boden Talent family – Matthew Wood!
Matt joins us as a Principal Recruitment Consultant, bringing with him three years of hands-on experience in the Facilities Management (FM) space. He’s no stranger to connecting top-tier talent with leading FM organizations across North America, and he’s particularly skilled in soft services like janitorial, landscaping, security and pest control.
Matt will be working closely with our brilliant team members Josh Greatrix and Sam Busari, helping to grow and strengthen our presence in the U.S. FM market.

q: hey matt! Can you tell us a bit more about your background?
Absolutely! I’ve been working as an FM recruiter in the Facilities Management market for around three years now, mainly focused on the U.S. market. I’ve placed senior-level professionals across soft services – that includes janitorial, landscaping, security and pest control. Most of my work has been in sales and business development recruitment, supporting clients all across North America.
q: What made you want to join Boden Talent?
I was looking for a company that already had a strong foothold in the FM industry – and Boden fit that perfectly. I was familiar with Boden’s reputation in the UK and the significant market share they hold there. I also knew about their expansion in the U.S., and I was excited by the opportunity to be a part of that journey. It just felt like the right fit.
q: : What are you most looking forward to in your new role as an FM recruiter at boden talent?
I’m really looking forward to reconnecting with my network – both clients and candidates – as an FM recruiter at Boden Talent. Building strong relationships is a huge part of what I enjoy about this work, and I can’t wait to get started again in a new environment with a great team.
