The Role - As the Union Chief Engineer, you’ll oversee daily operations of the engineering department.
- Manage project costs, contracts, and schedules to ensure timely completion.
- Conduct routine maintenance and safety inspections across various systems.

You - Five or more years of experience managing building systems, ideally in residential settings.

- DC Third Class License is a must.
