The Role As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day maintenance operations while supporting business needs and ensuring high standards of service delivery. Key responsibilities include:
  • Act as a liaison with technical leadership to forecast workloads and support project deliverables.
  • Manage, coordinate, and prioritize the daily activities and schedules of the maintenance support team.
  • Partner with business leaders to resolve competing priorities and ensure operational continuity.
  • Apply advanced technical knowledge to develop and implement improvements that enhance departmental performance.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including senior leadership, to provide updates and drive alignment.
You To be successful in this role, you will bring:
  • High School Diploma, GED, or trade school equivalent, along with relevant industry experience.
  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a maintenance or technical environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to solve complex problems and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong math skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to meet physical requirements, including lifting and carrying heavy loads as needed.
