Maintenance Supervisor to join their team in the United States. In this role, you will apply your technical expertise while supporting a collaborative culture focused on safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
The Role As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day maintenance operations while supporting business needs and ensuring high standards of service delivery. Key responsibilities include:
- Act as a liaison with technical leadership to forecast workloads and support project deliverables.
- Manage, coordinate, and prioritize the daily activities and schedules of the maintenance support team.
- Partner with business leaders to resolve competing priorities and ensure operational continuity.
- Apply advanced technical knowledge to develop and implement improvements that enhance departmental performance.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including senior leadership, to provide updates and drive alignment.
You To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- High School Diploma, GED, or trade school equivalent, along with relevant industry experience.
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a maintenance or technical environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to solve complex problems and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong math skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to meet physical requirements, including lifting and carrying heavy loads as needed.
