Account Manager to oversee and develop a key client account, ensuring both financial and operational goals are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities: Operations & Leadership: - Serve as the single point of contact for all operational needs on an account up to $2M in maintenance revenue.
- Lead, coach, and develop the account team to ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Manage all aspects of FM services (hard & soft), ensuring compliance and operational excellence.
- Identify opportunities for account growth, including extra works and projects.
People & Team Management: - Directly manage engineers, technicians, and contract support.
- Ensure appropriate staffing, training, and succession planning.
Financial & Commercial Oversight: - Full P&L responsibility, including revenue planning and cost control.
- Oversee procurement, vendor management, and contract governance.
QHSE & Compliance: - Maintain a safe and compliant work environment in line with client and regulatory standards.
What You’ll Need: - 4+ years of relevant experience in FM or a related field.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Financial acumen and experience managing budgets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and FM-related software.
