Facilities Coordinator

The Role


As the Facilities Coordinator, you’ll:


• Collaborate with landlords, tenants, and service providers to ensure procedures are followed.
• Address client inquiries and manage work orders efficiently.
• Compile reports on performance and progress.
• Handle administrative tasks, such as filing work orders and proposals.
• Monitor compliance with waste disposal and recycling protocols.


You


To be successful in the role of Facilities Coordinator, you’ll bring:


• Relevant experience in facilities management or customer service.
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and colleagues.
• Basic proficiency in CMMS systems, ideally SI7.
• High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of experience.
• Solid understanding of Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
