The Role As the Boiler Operator, you'll: - Perform maintenance and repairs to mechanical, plumbing, and control systems, ensuring compliance with applicable standards.

- Implement preventive maintenance initiatives, addressing repairs promptly.

You To be successful in the Boiler Operator role, you'll have the following skills and experience: - High School Diploma or equivalent experience with 4-5 years in a related role; Universal CFC certification preferred.
- Ability to meet physical demands of the role, including lifting heavy loads.
- Strong judgment skills and the capacity to analyze diverse information.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and CMMS software.
- Possession of a State of Minnesota Boiler Operator Class A or B license.
