Boden Talent is partnering with a globally recognised organisation to appoint an IFM Transformation Director supporting a large, complex campus portfolio in Mountain View, CA.
The IFM Transformation Director will report directly to the IFM Director and play a pivotal role in shaping how Integrated Facilities Management is delivered across a structured, performance-driven contract environment. This is a strategic leadership position combining transformation, commercial oversight, and operational accountability.
The Opportunity
As IFM Transformation Director, you will act as deputy to the IFM Director while leading enterprise-wide initiatives that modernise and standardise IFM delivery. You will operate within a high-visibility, matrix environment where performance, governance, and stakeholder engagement are critical.
Your role will focus on: - Leading operating model transformation, technology implementation, and service optimisation across multiple sites
- Driving KPI governance, reporting frameworks, and measurable performance improvement
- Overseeing significant P&L responsibility, budgeting, and cost-efficiency initiatives
- Leading senior operational managers and strengthening vendor partnerships
- Supporting contract mobilisation, campus expansions, and major capital programmes
Experience & Profile
To succeed as IFM Transformation Director, you will bring: - 8+ years’ experience within complex, multi-site IFM or corporate facilities portfolios
- A track record of delivering large-scale transformation programmes
- Strong financial and commercial acumen, including P&L exposure
- Experience operating within structured, performance-driven contract environments
- Executive presence and the ability to influence senior stakeholders
