To be successful in the role of IFM Transformation Director, you'll bring: - A Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business, Operations or related discipline
- 8+ years’ experience in facilities or property management within complex portfolios
- 5+ years leading management-level teams
- Proven success in delivering cross-functional transformation programmes
- Strong financial, analytical, and stakeholder management capabilities
