Senior Facilities Manager in Greensboro, North Carolina to lead facilities operations and drive high standards across the site.
The Role As the Senior Facilities Manager, you’ll:
- Lead and develop the on-site facilities team, including coaching and performance management.
- Oversee day-to-day hard and soft FM services.
- Manage planned maintenance, repairs, and facility improvement projects.
- Manage contractors, vendors, and service partners.
- Develop and manage operating budgets, financial reporting, and capital projects.
- Ensure compliance with relevant safety, operational, and regulatory requirements.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and resolve escalated issues.
- Drive continuous improvement across service delivery and facility performance.
You To be successful in the role of Senior Facilities Manager, you’ll bring:
- 5–8 years of Facilities Management experience.
- Experience within Life Sciences, pharmaceutical, healthcare, manufacturing, or another regulated environment.
- Proven experience managing and developing multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong knowledge of both hard and soft FM services.
- Experience managing budgets, vendors, contractors, and capital projects.
- Strong financial, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Facilities Management certification would be advantageous.
