The Role As Maintenance Technician, you will: - Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and building systems.
- Diagnose faults and complete reactive maintenance to minimise equipment downtime.
- Assist with the installation, modification, and commissioning of building equipment and systems.
- Complete work orders using a CMMS while ensuring all work is carried out safely and efficiently.
- Support energy management initiatives and maintain compliance with building codes and safety standards.
You To be successful in this Maintenance Technician role, you'll bring: - High School Diploma, GED, trade school qualification, or equivalent experience.
- 1-2 years' experience in building maintenance, facilities maintenance, industrial maintenance, or a similar technical role.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, or HVAC systems.
- Experience using Microsoft Office and, ideally, CMMS or maintenance management software.
- Strong troubleshooting skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
