The Role As a Business Development Manager, you'll:
- Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting through to contract award and implementation.
- Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities across your territory.

- Develop strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and proposal discussions.

You To be successful in this Business Development Manager role, you'll bring:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in B2B outside sales or business development.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
