The Role As the HVAC Technician, you will:
- Support daily mechanical operations across commercial HVAC systems.
- Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance, ensuring optimal system performance.
- Collaborate with teams to manage equipment installations and repairs effectively.
- Utilize management software for tracking work efforts and system performance.
- Provide expert advice on equipment replacements and upgrades to improve efficiency.
You To be successful as the HVAC Technician, you'll have the following skills and experience: - A minimum of 3 years’ experience in HVAC/Refrigeration systems maintenance.
- Valid 313A Refrigeration and Air Conditioning license is required.
- Ability to work on-call and available for overtime as needed.
- Strong problem-solving skills and an organized work ethic.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
