The Role

 
As the IFM Transformation Director, you'll:
  • Act as deputy to the IFM Director, supporting strategic decision-making and portfolio leadership
  • Lead large-scale transformation programmes including technology implementation and process optimisation
  • Drive performance through data analytics and KPI management across services
  • Oversee major IFM budgets, forecasting, and cost-optimisation initiatives
  • Manage senior vendor relationships to ensure operational excellence

To be successful in the role of IFM Transformation Director, you'll bring: 
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business, Operations or related discipline
  • 8+ years’ experience in facilities or property management within complex portfolios
  • 5+ years leading management-level teams
  • Proven success in delivering cross-functional transformation programmes
  • Strong financial, analytical, and stakeholder management capabilities
