The Role

- Prepare and present high-quality appraisal reports, producing at least two reports weekly with support.
- Testify in property tax cases or litigation as required, showcasing your expertise.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless appraisal operations and client satisfaction.
- Adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a high level of detail and accuracy in your work.
You
To be successful in the role of Certified General Real Estate Appraiser, you’ll bring: - A valid Certified General Real Estate Appraiser license, enabling commercial appraisal assignments.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented attitude.
- A proven track record in appraising diverse property types and navigating complex assignments.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality work.
- Experience or interest in eminent domain cases is a plus.
