Business Development Director – Facilities Management Location: New York

About the Role This role will drive sales and business development efforts to meet growth targets across assigned regions or client segments. You’ll lead the entire sales cycle—from prospecting to solution development, client presentations, and contract negotiations—while acting as a strategic advisor to internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities: - Lead sales efforts from initial lead generation through to securing new accounts.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities via cold calling, networking, and industry research.
- Develop sales and marketing strategies tailored to region/client needs.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify and prioritize target clients.
- Deliver sales presentations to prospects and internal teams.
- Track and report on pipeline activity and performance against targets.
What You’ll Need: - 8–10 years of experience in sales, business development, or consulting, ideally within commercial real estate or facilities management.
- Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
- Advanced financial knowledge with the ability to interpret and calculate commissions, discounts, and pricing models.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred, though a combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
