The Role As the Senior Sales Director, you will:
  • Develop and execute a proactive new business strategy across your territory.
  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold outreach and industry relationships.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of commercial opportunities.
  • Present tailored solutions, pricing proposals and RFP responses to senior decision-makers.
  • Negotiate and close high-value commercial contracts.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline reporting and sales activity within Salesforce CRM.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows and networking opportunities to generate new business.
  • Monitor market trends and identify emerging opportunities for future growth.
  • Travel throughout your assigned region to meet clients and support business development activities.
About You To succeed in this role, you'll have:
  • A proven track record in business development or outside sales.
  • Experience winning and growing new commercial accounts.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Experience using Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office.
  • The ability to work independently while consistently achieving ambitious sales targets.
  • Experience within facilities management, commercial services or a related B2B industry is advantageous.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related discipline is preferred but not essential.
