The Role
 As the Senior Facilities Assistant Director, you’ll:
  • Administer and oversee building maintenance and utilities across the hospital campus.
  • Assist with daily operations and coordinate construction and renovation programs.
  • Review existing programs to ensure quality and timely completion of tasks.
  • Prepare departmental budgets and manage utilities energy savings programs.
  • Lead compliance with regulatory standards and provide guidance to the staff.
 


You
To be successful in the role of Senior Facilities Assistant Director, you’ll bring:
  • 2 to 5 years of management experience in a hospital environment.
  • A strong understanding of regulatory compliance with the Joint Commission.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective client rapport and staff training.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • A Bachelor’s degree is highly preferred.
