Regional Facilities Director - Texas (Remote) Represented by Boden Talent Boden Talent is proud to be partnering with 
our client, a leading organization in the facilities and property management sector, to appoint an experienced 
Regional Facilities Director.
 This key leadership position oversees and supports repair and maintenance operations across a portfolio of communities within the Texas region. Responsibilities include contract management, environmental and safety compliance, and ensuring adherence to O&M/CDMP agreements. The role also supports Project Directors on large-scale regional initiatives as needed.

remote position, candidates 
must currently reside in Texas and be willing to travel regularly within the region. 
 You may also be eligible for a 
$500 net sign-on bonus, paid with your first paycheck. 
Key Responsibilities  - Provide leadership and management oversight across daily operations, financial reporting, training, and customer service.
  - Lead, coach, and develop a team of Facilities Managers, Maintenance Supervisors, and Service Managers to deliver operational excellence.
  - Review and optimize operational policies to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
  - Collaborate with Project Directors and senior leadership to manage financial and operational performance, ensuring cost-effective and high-quality outcomes.
  - Partner with military executives and project teams to audit and improve maintenance and repair processes.
  - Conduct and oversee property inspections to ensure asset upkeep and compliance.
  - Forecast maintenance needs and implement time management programs to achieve resident satisfaction and on-time project delivery.
  - Oversee all training, safety, risk management, and environmental programs across the portfolio, including: 
 - Hazard Communication (HazCom) and SDS documentation
  - Hazardous/universal waste management
  - Safety training records and compliance reports
  - Zero Harm and environmental inspection initiatives
  - Lead-based paint, radon, asbestos, and mold remediation compliance
  
   
 Work Environment This role involves both office-based and field work, with regular travel across Texas. You'll engage daily with Project Directors, construction teams, vendors, and military housing managers. 
Qualifications & Experience  - High school diploma or GED required; Associate's Degree or Trade School qualification preferred.
  - Universal HVAC certification and CAMT (or equivalent) strongly recommended.
  - Minimum of 5 years' supervisory experience in Facilities Management.
  - Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and structural systems.
  - Ability to interpret blueprints and manage contracts.
  - Solid understanding of budgeting and financial management.
  - Yardi Property Management Software experience preferred.
  - Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
  - Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain a safe driving record.
