Regional Facility Director


We're recruiting for a Regional Facility Management Director to lead a multi-site portfolio based from Chattanooga, TN, with regular travel across the region.

This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced facility management leader to oversee integrated facility management (IFM) services, drive operational performance, and build long-term client partnerships across multiple locations. With full responsibility for service delivery, financial performance, and regional leadership, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional outcomes for both clients and the business.

The Role

 
As Regional Facility Management Director, you will:
  • Lead the delivery of integrated facility management services across a multi-site portfolio, ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
  • Own the financial performance of a multi-million-dollar account, including full P&L responsibility, budgeting, forecasting, and commercial performance.
  • Build trusted relationships with executive-level client stakeholders, providing strategic guidance and leading business reviews.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop regional Account Managers and operational teams, creating a high-performance culture.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring KPIs, SLAs, safety, and operational standards are consistently achieved.

To be successful in this Regional Facility Management Director role, you'll bring:
  • Proven experience leading regional or multi-site facility management operations within a complex commercial environment.
  • Strong knowledge of integrated facility management, including hard and soft services.
  • Demonstrated success managing large client accounts, regional teams, and multi-million-dollar contracts.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience managing P&L, financial performance, and business growth.
  • Outstanding leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the flexibility to travel regularly across the portfolio.
