Are you ready to lead at scale and ensure operational excellence? A leading company in the critical environments sector is seeking a Technical Director to champion their technical and reliability strategy across a vast data centre portfolio. This is a remote role, based on the East Coast.
The Role
As the Technical Director, you’ll:
• Lead and deliver the global technical and reliability strategy
• Own technical governance, standards, and best-practice implementation
• Act as a senior technical interface with the client and key stakeholders
• Ensure plant availability, resilience, and SLA performance across all sites
• Drive continuous improvement across operations, systems, and processes

To be successful in the role of Technical Director, you'll bring:
• Extensive experience in critical environments, preferably data centres
• Proven senior leadership background in technical operations or reliability
• Engineering qualification in Electrical, Mechanical, or Controls
• Strong understanding of redundancy, resilience, and operational risk
• Excellent communication skills with a confident presence at board and operational levels
