Electrical Engineer


Are you an experienced Electrical Engineer with a background in critical power, electrical reliability or industrial engineering? We’re recruiting for an Electrical Engineer to join a leading facilities and engineering organization in Collegeville, Pennsylvania.

This is a high-impact technical role where you’ll act as a subject matter expert, supporting critical electrical systems, investigating power disturbances and providing engineering oversight across capital projects and commissioning activities.


The Role

 
As the Electrical Engineer, you will:
  • Act as a technical SME for critical electrical systems and troubleshooting.
  • Investigate power disturbances and support Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
  • Review electrical designs, technical documents and engineering standards.
  • Support electrical reliability and life cycle management programs.
  • Provide engineering oversight for capital projects and equipment upgrades.
  • Support commissioning, technical sign-off and project handovers.
  • Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety requirements and engineering standards.
About You
 
To be successful as the Electrical Engineer, you’ll have:
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
  • 3–5+ years of electrical engineering or technical experience.
  • Experience within pharmaceutical, manufacturing, industrial or critical environments preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical power systems, troubleshooting and reliability.
  • Experience supporting engineering projects, commissioning or equipment upgrades.
  • Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to respond effectively to critical electrical issues and emergencies.
