Your expertise will be crucial in driving operational efficiency and fostering a high-performing team that ensures quality service across a large residential site.


The Role
 
As the Maintenance Manager, you’ll:
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of 3 Maintenance Technicians.
  • Oversee daily maintenance operations and special projects.
  • Manage vendor relationships and coordinate work using daily planning tools.
  • Track budgets, expenses, and operational data using Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
  • Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and required training courses.
  • Partner closely with site leadership and facilities team members.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours maintenance needs.
  • Altus
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (On-call rotation every third week)
