The Role As the Maintenance Technician, you’ll:
- Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems.
- Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose potential problems, and make repairs.
- Perform general commercial facilities maintenance, including plumbing repairs and light electrical work.
- Conduct regular checks on facility assets to ensure safe and efficient operations.
- Support energy management by ensuring all building systems are operating efficiently.
You To be successful in the role of Maintenance Technician, you’ll bring:
- High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1-2 years of job-related experience.
- A valid Driver’s License.
- Ability to meet the physical requirements of the role, including lifting over 50 lbs.
- Strong organizational skills and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
- Good communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
